Michel Arnoult's "Peg-Lev" armchair in solid wood, leather back and seat, resting on four square legs for a resolutely modern design in right angle, softened by the adjustable backrest to the position of the body and the sensuality of leather. In addition to having been an architect who marked the Brazilian modernism, Michel Arnoult also brought a revolution in the furniture by proposing, in particular with this model Peg-Lev, a new concept of furniture to be bought in piece and to be assembled easily. In doing so, he was able to offer to his public pieces of high quality realization, of an innovative design, and this at a price accessible to the greatest number, while remaining faithful to the ideal of social utopia which carried the Brazilian design of this middle of the XXth century.
